Kids on the Move Fitness for Younger Children

Your 1st through 5th grader will have a blast while getting into shape with Kids on the Move from Fitness First of Tea. Participants will learn proper running and jumping techniques and various weight exercises to work on your child's legs, arms, and core. We will also play an up-tempo game that will make it fun for your child while exercising.


Your child will be in a fun and safe atmosphere that will allow your child to interact with other kids while getting them out of the house to get some physical activity in for the day.

Titan Strong Fitness Program for Older Kids

  • 5th through 12th grade
  • Focuses on speed, strength, and agility
  • Emphasizes form and injury prevention
  • 6 - 8 athletes per group
